Jump Start is Arya Noble's program for recently recruited Aryaners, whether in Arya Noble's holding company or in any of the group's business units. Jump Start provides all the basic knowledge regarding company profile and strategy, as well as environment orientation, so that new Aryaners are facilitated for social acceptance.

Basically Jump Start aims to educate new Aryaners to understand Arya Noble's company strategy and culture so they can give contributions that are immediate, optimal, maximal, and productive. The program also targets high performance for the company's progress.
 

Arya Noble's Corporate Learning and Culture Team will equip new Aryaners via Jump Start in the following steps:

STEP 1
Peace of Mind

New Aryaners to have peace of mind on the administration process at Arya Group. The administration process comprises:

• Legal Administration
• Database Administration
• Office Facilities Fulfillment
• Office Rules and Regulations


STEP 2
Feels at Home

New Aryaners are to feel welcome and ready to start his/her first day at Arya Group. This initial step has three milestones:

• Announcement Day: Call from Recruitment and Employee Service team
• First Day: Welcoming Greeting, Introduction, and Welcoming Package
• 30 Days culture learning


STEP 3
Be Wise
New Aryaners to have good understanding on his/her role within the company and how to contribute to achieve the company’s target. Learning the Company Strategy is best done in two methods:

• Company Strategy Learning in Class
• Company Strategy Learning via Site Visit


STEP 4
Get Ready
New Aryaners to immediately become One Team, energized, and motivated to start their career in Arya Group. The modules comprise:

• Job Strategy Learning
• Management Learning
• Leadership Learning
