THE 9th SERVICE QUALITY AWARD FOR ERHA
August 2018 - Service Quality Award has become a symbol of consumer confidence in the services of a company. The Service Excellence magazine in collaboration with Carre-CCSL is the organizer of SQA 2018 which conducts surveys of the Service Quality Index for various industries. This year Erha received the 9th SQ Award since 2010 and this award was given on August 2, 2018 at the Hotel Mulia Senayan Ballroom. Service Excellence and Care-CCSL magazines conduct surveys on customer satisfaction in 4 major cities in Indonesia.
