ARYA COLLEGE LEARNING PROGRAM

Arya college is the Learning Center for Aryaners. It provides support on:

•   Technical and non-technical enrichment.
•   Career development programs based on each Aryaner's talent and passion.
•   Using the Diamond Model on basic aspects (Heart, Talent, Character, and Healthy Life) and competence aspects (Strategy, Management, and Leadership)
•   Integrated, coordinated, and monitored/evaluated trainings from the group's Human Capital Directorate and Promotion Committee
